Mosaic Screw System Pull Anchor Pair #PAP

SKU: #PAP - Pull tight handle anchor system. This is a great way of anchoring you handle material to the blade securely.  You can use this system with out adhesive or epoxy if you choose.It's a simple countersink system where the round nut, 1/4" OD, is used with a screw to pull tight your handle.  You first drill a pilot hole that is 11/64" and then a counter hole 1/4" above it with a depth of 1/8" to 1/4" depending on your handle.When you have done both sides of your knife pull the screws tight, cut the excess and/or sand flush the head and extra screw with your handle.The nut is made of brass and the screw is stainless (zinc and chrome) the contrast gives a mosaic pin look with greater strength than mosaic rods.  Screw length is 1 1/2".What you will recieve is a pair of screws with four 1/4" OD nuts.Sold in pairs.
